Thank you for visiting our Website to seek out information regarding Vernon Christian School. VCS is an interdenominational independent Christian school that educates students from 25 different churches in the Vernon and surrounding area. We have been in operation for 31 years and are active participants in the greater Vernon educational community. VCS is made up of a pre-school campus, an elementary campus for K – 6 students and a secondary campus for students in grades 7 - 12.

Our curriculum is taught from a Christian perspective and as a Group 1 independent school our educational program meets the requirements set by the BC Ministry of Education. Our teachers are all practicing Christians and certified by the Ministry of Education.

The goals, objectives and vision is clearly outlined in the schools vision statement but is also restated in our school motto. A Heart For God A Mind For Truth. It tells everyone that at VCS we want all students to pursue a relationship with God and to know of his amazing love for them. We also want students to seek out his truth for them in this world.
