Vernon Christian School is an interdenominational Christian School located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.  It is comprised of an Elementary Campus that opened in 1978 and a Secondary Campus that opened in January of 2003. We are now accepting applications for a Male Special Education Assistant with training and/or experience in working with students with Down’s syndrome. This position would be part-time or full-time, starting in September 2010.

We are also seeking an experienced bookkeeper that is proficient in Simply Accounting and Excel.  Responsibilities will include processing of Payroll, A/R, A/P, and bank deposits.  Experience with charity bookkeeping would be an asset.  This is a half-time plus position with some schedule flexibility.  The applicant must be a committed Christian.
