VCS does online continuing enrollment for all current students from Kindergarten to Grade 11. Our continuing enrolment will be open from Friday, January 2 to Sunday, January 18, 2026.
- Continuing Enrollment Questionnaires for all students ( K-gr 11) will be emailed home on January 2, 2026.
- Check your email for your MySchool announcement or use the MySchool link to log into your account.
- The deadline for submission is Sunday, January 18, 2026, at midnight.
- Up until Jan. 18, 2026, currently enrolled students will retain a place in their respective classes. * Please read below on space
- All Kindergarten enrolment is considered “new”. If your family is currently enrolled in our school, you will be asked to fill out an online application for your child entering Kindergarten. Please contact Savaya Hofsink at admissions@vcs.ca for an application. This Kindergarten enrolment is also due Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026.
- If your family has a child who does not currently attend VCS but is interested in attending for fall 2025, please reach out to Savaya at admissions@vcs.ca to discuss admissions options.

Please note… if your continuing enrolment form is submitted after January 18, 2026, we cannot guarantee that there will be a space available for your child. If you have a unique situation that might make it impossible to meet this deadline, contact Matt Driediger, mdriediger@vcs.ca to discuss your circumstance prior to the deadline.
