These are photos of an outpouring of love from our VCS students to all the survivors, families, relatives and communities affected by the Kamloops Residential School and of those 215 lost in the community of the Tk’emlups te Secwépemc Nation. We are acknowledging you, we are remembering you and we are praying for your continued strength and healing during this time. We will not forget. There are 215 meaningful ribbons that line our fence–each one representing a beautiful child who had a name, a future, a home, and a family who loved them. In the days and months to come, may you finally be able to rest in peace.
