Each year, the VCS Annual Appeal raises funds to bridge the gap between what we receive in tuition and government grants, and the true cost of a Christian education. In previous years, funds have been raised for projects such as our new gym floor, a second Kindergarten class, and off-site deep learning programs like our High School Expeditions week. This year, we have several exciting initiatives planned:

Outdoor Learning Spaces: we would be thrilled to add a covered learning space to the Elementary Campus to provide more options for excellent, outdoor learning as well as a meeting / playing / gathering space for students and parents.

“Courtyard” Between SC Portables: at the Secondary Campus, we would love to cover an area between the portables. This could be used to empower outdoor teaching and learning, and would also provide a great gathering space for students at breaks as well as before and after school.
- Enhanced Learning Spaces at the Secondary Campus: a conversion of mezzanine space above the Auto-Shop/Tech-Ed room into additional teaching and learning space.
- Online Curriculum for Home-Based Learning: with more students than usual learning from home this year due to self-isolation requirements or health-related absences, funds will be used to provide specialized online programming to support continuity of learning for students at home.
