April 6th-13 a team of Grade 11 students and leaders left to Puerto Penasco Mexico where they will partner with 1Mission to build two houses.
1Mission is a community development organization that gives people in poverty the opportunity to earn a house by serving in their community.
Please pray for safety in travels, for physical stamina working and building in the heat, for compassion and humility as we serve alongside the families, and for soft hearts for the students as we see what God is doing in the community. Send-off chapel will be April 3rd from 11:35 -12:15 am all are welcome to come and join in the commissioning of the team.
