In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, VCS has postponed, cancelled or rescheduled the following events.
Grocery Cards – Thank you so much for your support of the VCS Grocery Card Program. It has been a big part of our fundraising over the years! We would like to continue but recognize that it may be a challenge for many of you to have a fixed amount withdrawn from your bank on a scheduled date for the next little while. Please contact Rosemary at rkumlin@vcs.ca to make any changes.
Lion King – VCS’s Lion King Production has been postponed. We are currently looking at possible new dates and will let you know when they have been set. Tickets that were purchased for Lion King will be refunded and families will be notified soon of that process.
Grad 2020 Plant Sale – Our VCS Grad Flower & Plant Sale has been cancelled for this year. We will be refunding orders within the next few weeks.
Royals Basketball Camp – Our Royals Basketball Camp that was scheduled to be held in early April has been postponed. Decisions are being made for future dates and families who have signed up will be contacted in the next few weeks on details of the camp being rescheduled or on refunding of fees.
Theme Baskets – We will no longer be collecting items for the theme baskets. Items that have been donated to the school will be returned to families when the school reopens.
EC Hot Lunch – With only 2 EC pizza and soup days left on the current order form for EC students, parents will receive a credit for hot lunch once the program resumes. Refunds can be arranged if needed for a later date.
