VCS’s Annual General Meeting or AGM is set for Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
Why should I join in?
The AGM is a time to discuss school business and requires a quorum or minimum number in attendance in order to conduct any business or hold any society votes for board membership, financial decisions, and other decisions that impact the school. Your participation is not only appreciated but necessary to ensure that decisions are made that best reflect the needs or desires of society through majority vote. This is your chance to get an update on what various committees, task forces, and the Board itself have been working on to support the Administration and staff in equipping disciples and providing excellent, Christ-centred education for the students at VCS.
